  • Card details stay protected

    Payments go through a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see your full card number.

  • Held, not charged

    A request only places a hold. You're charged once an instructor accepts, and the hold is released if no one does.

  • No-show? Full refund

    If your instructor doesn't show, you get a full refund plus a credit.

  • Cancel early, pay nothing

    Cancel before the cutoff shown at checkout for a full refund.

  • Disputes reviewed by people

    If something goes wrong, dispute it from the booking and our team reviews it.

  • Fraud protection

    Every instructor is verified, and every lesson starts with an in‑person check-in.

Where does 2drive operate?

Today, in Manitoba. Search with your pickup address to see the instructors who serve your area.

How are instructors certified and verified?

Before anyone can teach, we verify their identity, driver's licence, instructor permit and training vehicle permit, and vet their vehicle. Permits are monitored after approval, not just checked once.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments go through a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor, and we never see your full card number.

When am I charged?

Sending a request holds the amount on your card. You're charged once your instructor accepts, and the hold is released if no one does.

Can I cancel a lesson?

What if my instructor doesn't show, or something goes wrong?

If your instructor doesn't show, you get a full refund plus a credit. For anything else, dispute it from the booking and our team will review it.

Do I need the app?

You can search, book and message on the web. On lesson day, you'll need the app to start and end your lesson, and vehicle rentals are app only.
